Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Renaissance Global Network (“RGN,” “we,” “us”) website, membership application, member portal, referral tools, and related online services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms are general information for users of a membership website and are not formal legal advice.

The Services are intended for commercial real estate professionals, related service providers, and authorized Renaissance operators.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

RGN Member access describes the base membership identity on the platform. RGN Plus is a paid access plan that may unlock additional member resources, benefits, and referral-credit features when active.

Payment for RGN Plus is handled by our payment provider. Prices, billing intervals, and cancellation behavior are presented at checkout and in your account communications. Taxes may apply where required.

We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods, except where a specific commitment states otherwise.

You will not misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: unauthorized access; scraping or reverse engineering except where allowed by law; uploading malware; harassing others; submitting false or misleading member, referral, or directory information; using the Services for multi-level marketing schemes; or violating applicable laws.

Referral tools are for professional introductions within RGN’s intended use. You remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of introductions you submit.

You retain rights in content you submit, and you grant RGN a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Services (including member directory and admin review features).

Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you have authority to share it. RGN may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or operational policies.

The Services may link to third-party sites, partners, tools, or payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. RGN is not responsible for third-party content or outages outside our reasonable control.

Strategic partner listings and resource links are informational and do not automatically create an agency, partnership, or endorsement relationship unless separately agreed in writing.

RGN branding, site design, and platform software are owned by Renaissance Global Network or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.

“Powered by Plexen” credits identify platform implementation support and do not transfer ownership of RGN brand assets.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RGN DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy of member or partner information, or that referrals will convert to business outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RGN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO RGN FOR RGN PLUS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

You will defend and indemnify RGN against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other members, fail to pay for paid plans when due, or if we must do so for legal or security reasons.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Paid plan cancellation follows the process described at checkout or in account materials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise for consumers in a particular jurisdiction.

Venue for disputes will be in courts located in California, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes for active paid members will be communicated through reasonable means (for example site notice or email) where practical.

Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future use.
