Under his leadership, Stephen grew a commercial real estate network from a single Asia Pacific office in 1999 to 45 offices across 14 countries by 2012 – an expansion representing an annual growth rate of nearly 38 percent. In challenging markets, he closed a $90 million land sale for a new residential community and a $22.8 million land purchase for a religious temple development in Jakarta during 2023.
