Paul Danks, BSc. FRICS, SIOR, is a globally recognized commercial real estate leader with extensive international experience in occupier consultancy, brokerage, and the development of strategies to maximize value, minimize costs, and improve portfolio sustainability. He is currently CEO of DRG Group – International Property Consultants, Consultant to 3PL Real Estate, leading European advisors to the Industrial & Logistics sector. Paul also sits on the Global Board of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) as International Representative, and is a Past President of SIOR Europe.

Prior to his current roles, Paul was Executive Managing Director, Global Corporate Solutions at Newmark Knight Frank, having previously served as Managing Director Europe at NAI Global. Preceding this, he was Senior Director, European Corporate Solutions at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
