Jeffrey (Jeff) Finn is a founding partner of Pavonis Group, an investment management company, and CEO of its affiliate RealNex, an integrated commercial real estate technology solutions company. He is also president and CEO of private investment company Renaissance Global Properties, LLC and its affiliate Greenstake Capital.

Prior to joining forces with other market leaders to create Pavonis, he was President and CEO of NAI Global, the world’s leading network of commercial real estate brokerage firms. During his tenure, he spearheaded the company’s branding, technology, and globalization strategies, expanding into 55 countries, creating the industry’s 4th most recognized brand, and earning REALComm’s “Digital Impact Award” for real estate technology twice. In 2012, Jeff led the process of selling NAI Global to C-III Capital Partners.

At RealNex, he has led the process of acquiring 5 companies and building them into RealNex Navigator, a comprehensive suite of technology solutions for the CRE industry. The RealNex Navigator platform includes: CRM, MarketEdge (Financial Analytics, property marketing and virtual deal rooms), Transaction Manager (Digital Tour Book and Mobile app for tenant representation and leasing) and MarketPlace (a community to market and access property, capital and services.)

Jeff is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a cum laude graduate of Boston University School of Management. He was a founding member and past advisory board member of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Real Estate Center, and trustee of Peddie School.
